I showed up for an appointment which was made two weeks before the actual date. After someone looked at the car, I was asked to come back three days later. My visit to Ford this past week was very unhappy due to the fact each time that I have been coming back to the dealership the price of having the oil change keeps going up from $65.00 $72.00 and now this t the fact each time that I have been coming back to the dealership the price of having the oil change keeps going up from $65.00 $72.00 and now this time it was $85. I asked a question why is the price so high the person informed me ma'am is because gas it's because gas has gone up that it's no excuse no excuse to me the service on the service on this is unacceptable you do not vacuum the car out you're not checking all the fluids are you doing is changing the oil and put it in the oil filter in what happened to good customer service for your customer to keep coming back With these type of rates I will probably not come back to have my car service there even though this is where I purchase my car this is very unfair regular oil places don't Charged that amount of money I'm very unhappy More
