The service department is terrible. There was NO communication from them as I am the one that had to keep calling for status. They do NOT listen to their customers Their paperwork st There was NO communication from them as I am the one that had to keep calling for status. They do NOT listen to their customers Their paperwork stated I said something I did not so they . They had it almost 3 weeks before they even looked at it and then said there was nothing wrong. I told them specifically that there was jerking in low gears and they took it on the freeway which I told them I had No problems. It drives great on the freeway. There paperwork was incorrect as to what to look for. Sales may be great here, but service is not! More
