I had a 4:30 appointment for an oil change. After waiting in the waiting room for 1 hour 20 minutes, I went to check on the status and found that my truck was still sitting there. I tracked down a service advisor who then went and got someone to finally service my truck. That took another 45 minutes or so. So all in, I waited over 2 hours for an oil change. The service rep discounted the price by $15…that was a good gesture, but I would rather have had a quick oil change. Not a good customer experience…you asked, so I shared. More

A few minor delays in getting the paperwork done but the process was relatively smooth. David McNeal was a great sales rep. He is pleasant, and friendly and kept me in the loop throughout the process. The only suggestion I can make to improve online purchases is to include delivery in order to compete with the likes of Carvava etc. I had to arrange delivery myself and used SGTautotransport as the broker which was also a fairly easy process. GalTex Auto LLC delivered the car. They were both very pleasant and professional. More
