While the service was to be expected, and glad it was taken care of properly, the time it took from scheduling an appointment to receiving my vehicle was long. I think the time expectation should be men taken care of properly, the time it took from scheduling an appointment to receiving my vehicle was long. I think the time expectation should be mentioned when booking an appointment. Also, when I picked up my vehicle it was terribly dirty from recent rains. Regardless of local rain or not it would be nice if I picked up my vehicle washed and ready, which is what most service departments do. More

I visited this location while visiting my family from Illinois. I was thrilled when I was able to get a quick appointment for a transmission diagnostic. The problem is that I wanted to have my vehicle repaired at this location and I was told that the parts would be ordered and it would take either to ten days for the parts to come in. I called several times to check the status on receipt of the parts but James McBride would not return my call despite leaving messages on his direct line. More
