Overall, dealership service department was very good, very attentive, and timely with updates and repairs. The only fault I could find, was that the service department / dealership was not equipped with very attentive, and timely with updates and repairs. The only fault I could find, was that the service department / dealership was not equipped with a car wash. My vehicle was in for repairs for two weeks. When I picked up the vehicle, it was all dusty from the Arizona desert and heat, I asked to have the vehicle washed and was told that their car wash equipment was very old and wouldn't recommend putting the vehicle through, and also the interior of the car was not vacuumed. For a dealership of this size, not to mention the AutoNation name in front, I felt that they really need to have a functional car wash. In the last 20 years, I have not taken a vehicle into service and had the vehicle returned dusty and not vacuumed out. More

I took one of our vehicles in for a routine oil job. The service technician was helpful and kept me up to date with what was happening with the vehicle. They had a space I could work while I waited. Basically I'm very unhappy with the process to repair my vehicle. The work done on the vehicle was great. However the time it took to make the repair was not acceptable and it cost me an additional six hund vehicle. The work done on the vehicle was great. Let me explain, I had a warranty but was told it had to be verified (took 5 days). Upon verification the warranty gave me 10 days of car rental coverage, however you couldn't get the engine block for 10 days. All said and done the vehicle set for that whole time and when the block was finally installed another week had past and more car rental cost for me. Repair great, service bad. More
I have been waiting a really long time for the “parts” to be available for a recall. The actual service only took two days. I had wanted them to look at another issue but they didn’t have anyone available. I be available for a recall. The actual service only took two days. I have had numerous service people over the past two years, the current one does return calls which is an improvement. I am going back again in two weeks for the other issue so I will update review then. More
