Called about a problem with my Ford Escape. I was told to bring it right in. Tiffany, my service advisor took my information and said I could wait. They did not diagnose my car correctly, after receiving a second opinion, it was obvious that they were lying in order to make more money. The one repair that they did do and should’ve only taken a couple ho second opinion, it was obvious that they were lying in order to make more money. The one repair that they did do and should’ve only taken a couple hours. I had to leave my car for three nights, even though I had an appointment. That small repair was way overcharged.
