This last weekend My husband surprised me with getting a new family car! My husband was in contact with Eli before we ventured over an hour and a half for my surprise! Eli was super helpful and catered to all of our needs! He was extremely personable and welcoming! But most of all he was super knowledgeable and gave us Great confidence in the vehicle we were purchasing! We were also helped by Peace, and Blake who we’re super kind and quick to get paperwork done along with anything else that was needed! All three of these men are great assets to this company! We will definitely be recommending to this dealership to family and friends and eventually go back when it’s time for another vehicle! More

Went to this location today in order to test drive a 2018 Ford EcoSport S because I was considering trading in my 2019 Ford Fiesta. The reception from Steven was less than welcome and several hours after Ford EcoSport S because I was considering trading in my 2019 Ford Fiesta. The reception from Steven was less than welcome and several hours after leaving the location, I received texts from him accusing me of leaving the location with the key to the EcoSport, which he took after the test drive. This was very unprofessional. I don’t understand why he wouldn’t have made sure he knew where the key was after returning, as well, accusing me was far from necessary. I’m glad I found my new vehicle elsewhere. More
Purchased a Mach-e. Though not a reflection of the dealership entirely, it was the worst new car purchase I have ever made. Waited over 9 months for delivery, though I was told 6 when ordering, costing me hundreds of dollars more in registration fees, and offered no compensation for any inconvenience. The ford website only updated the status of my car when I physically went to the dealership to inquire. I feel the dealership should have continuously urged ford motor company for updates and to expedite delivery on the buyers behalf. In addition, possession of the car was only allowed when ALL the funds were given, including the loan through my financial institution, even though my down payment was over 60% of the purchase. This caused an even greater, unnecessary delay. Neither I, nor my credit union have ever experienced this, and this is the 10th new car I’ve purchased. I feel I was pushed to the back burner each of the 6 times my production and delivery dates were pushed back. I can assure ford I will NEVER purchase a car like this again, if I purchase a ford again. More
