Found it impossible to get an appointment without showing up at the dealership. I use multiple service facilities for the different brands owned. This is by far the worst one I work with. Repair service is extremely inefficient. Long check in times, too much manual paperwork(in this age of computers), and several employees standing around. Very poor customer service. I bought a 2010 Sport Trac with a lifetime oil changes as long as I own the vehicle. Every time I got a new service manager they would try and charge for the oil change. I would explain, and they would check long as I own the vehicle. Every time I got a new service manager they would try and charge for the oil change. I would explain, and they would check their records and come back with your correct then each would note in the file for future changes. The last new service manager came back with there is no such record and that I would have to pay from now on. It amazed me that probably 7 different managers found it with no difficulty but the most recent had such challenges. I have bought four SUV’s with them in the past. Unfortunately bad timing on their part. I was just getting ready to trade in my Truck for a new Bronco. I will definitely not buy from this dealership. I understand that lifetime oil changes is unheard of but that is what was given. I just can’t do business with a company that doesn’t hold true to their staffs offers. More
