I sent an email request regarding a vehicle that I was interested in and the dealer got right back to me. I traveled from Prescott Arizona to Phoenix to view and drive the car. I was given the name of the associate and she (Jessica) took me for a test drive. While we were test driving my trade in was evaluated. The dealership offered me a fair price for my trade. The dealership always works me in promptly, especially when I run into an unusual problem with my vehicle. I have been relying on them for the past 7 years to take care of my SUV. They do excellent work and I have never had any issues once they've performed their work. I know I can count on them to do a thorough examination of my vehicle and to give me "early warning" if they see something that will need to be addressed in the near future or perhaps 6 months down the road. Aaron our service advisor was terrific. this rating is no reflection on him. i took my car in because the ford sync operation of the whole screen wasn’t working. i was told a new one was installed and i’m reflection on him. i took my car in because the ford sync operation of the whole screen wasn’t working. i was told a new one was installed and i’m still having similar issues. screen delays, black screen, unable to turn the radio off, navigation sporadically works and the list goes on. i’m very disappointed and not looking forward to bringing my car back More
