I've been a customer of what is now AutoNation Ford tor the last 25 years and have always been completely satisfied with their service and sales. As far as the service department, overall they have little interest in quality service or customer satisfaction from start to finish. Starts with the department manager whom conveys he doesn’t want to little interest in quality service or customer satisfaction from start to finish. Starts with the department manager whom conveys he doesn’t want to be bothered, he’d rather argue with you, without the facts, and no one was interested in checking or verifying everything in order when they just passed the keys to you, battery was dead and interior where they were working was filthy. They don’t return phone calls and they don’t update or advise you of any status or development over several days. Consistently made me feel like I was a bother and in the way. Really pathetic. I will now drive 18 miles to a Lincoln dealer to avoid dealing with these knuckleheads. More
