This service call went beautifully. The car was worked on soon after our appointed time and was ready when the service manager said it would. Everyone was courteous, friendly, and efficient. the only very minor criticism I might have is that when I came to pick up the vehicle, it took 10 minutes or so before a service person appeared that could process the paperwork and release the car. Steven White at the Service Center is incredible. Every time I come in he gets me in and out as conveniently as possible. He explains everything to me in a way that I can understand and makes sure that I k time I come in he gets me in and out as conveniently as possible. He explains everything to me in a way that I can understand and makes sure that I know exactly what’s going on and even shows me what needs to be fixed. He treats me like top priority even with all of his appointments. Anytime I take my car and I know that it will be taken care of. He deserves a raise, the guy is just xxxx good at his job. More

Service has improved since last visit . Things are going in the right direction. I received an email on the day of service saying with oil change you would get wipers free . Absolute nightmare! They have had my truck for over a month. Go to pick it up to find that the problem has never been fixed. I have already spent $4500.00. Then quoted for another $3800.00. Over 8k for my truck to still be messed up. Go to a different dealership if possible. More
