My experience at Seminole Ford was outstanding. When I pulled in with my truck needing repair - Steve was amazing. He understood my babble and went straight away to getting it repaired. It was the week be pulled in with my truck needing repair - Steve was amazing. He understood my babble and went straight away to getting it repaired. It was the week before Christmas and he instantly got My truck in for evaluation as driving it would possibly cause more damage. Steve was courteous and professional along with kind and reassuring. All of the service department personnel were helpful. My truck was repaired and returned to me before Christmas. It is running like new. I’m so pleased and greatful. Everything went ok with my oil change, they used to do a Complementary Car Wash after a service, so when I got back to my car, I noticed it had not been washed. I asked about it and I was told, there is a Complementary Car Wash after a service, so when I got back to my car, I noticed it had not been washed. Electrical problem covered by warranty not fixed, actually made worse. Then they tried to tell me to take care of the tech who got it covered by the warranty. Problem still not fixed and they have th actually made worse. Then they tried to tell me to take care of the tech who got it covered by the warranty.
