Service dept. was excellent, as usual. The finance dept. not so much. I arrived for a recall service and a prepaid oil service, only to find that my prepaid serv was excellent, as usual. The finance dept. not so much. I arrived for a recall service and a prepaid oil service, only to find that my prepaid services and my extended warranty had been cancelled. Now I have to wait for them to reinstate everything, if they can. I just cannot understand how this could happen. More

I drive an hour just for oil changes so I can get the exceptional service from Sanford Auto Nation and Logan, my service writer! He goes above and beyond to get me an appointment and in and out fast. I b exceptional service from Sanford Auto Nation and Logan, my service writer! He goes above and beyond to get me an appointment and in and out fast. I brought my truck to another dealer close to where I live ( several times for the same issue) and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it, brought it to Auto Nation and they fixed it in about fifteen minutes. It was a loose bolt in my suspension! Good thing they found it. I also love the shuttle service they provide so you can get a bite to eat while you wait. More

My service experience yesterday was great! I made my appointment online and listed exactly which services that I wanted for my vehicle. Upon my arrival, I was greeted promptly and the servic I made my appointment online and listed exactly which services that I wanted for my vehicle. Upon my arrival, I was greeted promptly and the service advisor had my record pulled up (listing the services that I needed). I waited for about 2.5 hours in the waiting area for the work to be completed, but I was able to work and stay busy during that time. Once complete, my paperwork was in my truck and I was able to leave without delay. All around great experience. More

You begged me for a review so here goes. You're too darned expensive! Recently I brought a vehicle in and you quoted me over $3,000 for the repair, plus $100 to diagnose. Had it done else You're too darned expensive! Recently I brought a vehicle in and you quoted me over $3,000 for the repair, plus $100 to diagnose. Had it done elsewhere for $1,300. Had to get a new coded key made for another vehicle so came to you. The price of the key was fine, but you charged my over $100 to calibrate the key to the vehicle. It took all of about 10 minutes to do. I have a needed repair to a driver's side window I'd like to have a Ford expert address, but after the cost of the diagnosis and repair I'm sure I'd be in for $500+ for what is a relatively minor repair. Fortunately, I have found a very reliable local mechanic and get my repairs done there. You asked. More
