The service took over 5 hours. They were quick to deal with the oil change and tire rotation, however my vehicle sat there for 3 and a half hours waiting for an electronic update j They were quick to deal with the oil change and tire rotation, however my vehicle sat there for 3 and a half hours waiting for an electronic update just for them to tell me the computers were down and it couldn’t be done today.
