All the employees I have come in contact with at AutoNation Ford in Sanford have been excellent to work with. I first took my used Ford Escape there for service when I relocated to the area, and la AutoNation Ford in Sanford have been excellent to work with. I'd also like to recognize Paul (shuttle driver - among many other duties). He is a loyal employee who cares deeply about service and customers equally. He is easy to identify....he's the one that is constantly directing traffic and assisting customers in the Service Department. He exemplifies all the attributes anyone would want in a team member. Second visit, first was some recall work. Did a great job with my oil change and tire rotation.
