I did not feel like a valued customer at this establishment. The communication could have been so much better. Every time we got a new date that the car should’ve been done it was always pushed b establishment. The communication could have been so much better. Thankful for the fix but service could’ve been astronomically better. More

After three trips to the dealership and a year and a half for the same issue, I think they finally figured out what was wrong with my truck. I am extremely happy (now) that my truck is back to how it used to for the same issue, I think they finally figured out what was wrong with my truck. Could not say the same about a year ago when I was told that “oh that’s just how are your truck drives.” Don the new service manager is very good and attentive to the needs and concerns of customers. The Service team at Ford Auto Nation in Sanford is outstanding. They do an excellent job at communicating any issues they discover during the service visit and quickly come up with an optimal service outstanding. During my visit, they found an additional issue with my engine. They took videos of the defective part with a detailed explanation of why they needed to fix it! This video was sent to me via text message, allowing me to make informed decisions in real-time. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this location for Service!
