Brought vehicle in for service and notified that service/maintenance agreement has expired at 40K. This was not explained to me at time of purchase and implied that oil change and tire rotation wou service/maintenance agreement has expired at 40K. I had my super duty in for an oil change, which came to almost $200. The dealer, without my consent or knowledge used 15w40 synthetic rather than the stock 10w30. I recently had my Ford Edge in for service. I was checked in with no waiting. My service advisor, Derek, texted me with his contact info and kept me up to to date on progress and recommendati I was checked in with no waiting.
