AutoNation Ford Sanford is wonderful! I have gone there for service several times in recent years and they have always been honest with me and treated me with respect and integrity. I recently and mistakenly purchased a Ford Explorer from Off Lease Only Orlando and almost immediately began having problems with it. I took the Explorer to AutoNation Ford Sanford for repairs since it was still covered under manufacturer's warranty. But the mechanics and staff at AutoNation Ford Sanford discovered that the Explorer had been in a terrible accident prior to my purchasing it and the repairs were not done correctly. The accident was never disclosed to me by Off Lease Only Orlando prior to the purchase and was not reported on the CarFax report either. The staff at AutoNation Ford Sanford typed up an official report explaining all of the defects of my Explorer caused by the previous accident. I have given that report to an attorney and am still fighting with Off Lease Only Orlando for them to take the Explorer back. Although I was terribly wronged by Off Lease Only Orlando, the staff and mechanics at AutoNation Ford Sanford went over and above to help me prove my case against Off Lease Only Orlando and offered to help me in any way they could. And what's more, AutoNation Ford Sanford never even charged me for the inspection or for their time! They are amazing people who truly care for their customers and provide service with incredible integrity. I highly recommend AutoNation Ford Sanford for all of your automotive needs. You won't regret it!! More
I had an appointment for 7:30 AM. As soon as I arrived I was greeted and they took care of my truck. They completed and oil change, air filter, cabin filter and tire rotation. We bought a used 2020 Lexus which the salesman stated he personally took the car in on trade, knew the customer, and the car was immaculate. He also stated several times he would tell us if there were any b personally took the car in on trade, knew the customer, and the car was immaculate. He also stated several times he would tell us if there were any blemishes, etc. because he did not want to disappoint a customer. I asked him to inspect the car personally again and send me photos of any issues. He sent photos but no mention of any blemishes or imperfections. We are 200 miles from the store, so we had our son stop in to look the car over in the AM, car was covered with dew. He found a paint touch up on rear bumper and some minor scratches on the shifter. Salesman did not mention these, nor did he point them out to our son. The sales staff insisted we give them a cashier's check for the whole amount to hold the car until we could get there. We did so because so many of these cars we had found online sold quickly. Upon arrival @ 8pm, we started to inspect the car and found scuff marks on the glove box and handle above, we found another paint touch up on the car, and we find out that there is only 1 key fob. Salesperson stated if it was a Ford they could get us a 2nd key fob but could not since it was a Lexus. If we can buy one so could they. The next day found large scratch on the interior of the drivers window. This did not happen overnight. I will never take the word of a salesman. More
