I did not expect the high cost of the service and the high cost of diagnostics. Also, I was disappointed with the length of time (5-7 days) it takes to get it into the hands of the technician. It was fine. I will say, after going to Autonation for 3 years for my oil changes and tire rotations, I was shocked. Every time i have been there, my windshield washer fluid was low and the light was on. For the first time in three years, they actually filled my windshield washer fluid. Probably just filled with water, but whatever, color me shocked. Otherwise, if i didn't pay for my oil changes and tire rotations when i bought the explorer, i would not be going there. Never really wowed at this place. Really not the best place. More

Final Bill did not equal quote. Told two batteries would cost $236.43 (each) which included labor for installation. Charges, and $46.41 for taxes (which I understand that charge). Time in for battery installation was 13:06 time in and time out was 16:13. (Over 3 hours later). The extra time doesn’t bother me as much as paying the unquoted $633.70. I like the friendliness of the service people, but not being told the correct “out the door” cost. Afraid the 5 stars that they ask me to give them is not what I believe they should be given. More

Vehicle with less than 10k miles and brought in for warranty repair. Knowing that dealership would be having my vehicle for probably a week, asked for a loaner car when I dropped it off. Was told ther warranty repair. Knowing that dealership would be having my vehicle for probably a week, asked for a loaner car when I dropped it off. Was told there were none available. I had to have the GM get involved to obtain one. After getting it home noticed that the vehicle's tags had expired a month ago. 2. After picking up vehicle about a week later and on the way to dinner, used the wipers to clear the windshield. The drivers' side wiper, when activated went beyond the drivers' door. Called service rep while in car and brought vehicle in to have this addressed. When I showed her what was happening, the wiper almost hit her in the face as she stood next to the car. Not sure how this service resulted in the wipers being touched - the service was for a spark pack and an unrelated recall item. More
