Panama City Ford is NOT able to service your vehicle in anything close to a timely manner. It took over two weeks just to have the problem diagnosed, then it took another week before they ordered the par anything close to a timely manner. It took over two weeks just to have the problem diagnosed, then it took another week before they ordered the part, then another two weeks for the part to come in. A week after the part came in, they hadn't even started putting the new part on our vehicle. Their Business Development Center continues to email us offers to bring in our vehicle when they don't have the staff to address the vehicles already waiting to be serviced. Their management is impossible to reach and Autonation is unresponsive to customer inquiries. We're closing in on six weeks without any resolution, so we suggest you Do Not Use This Dealership! More
