After getting an oil change and tire rotation one of my hub covers came off while driving down the road. After stopping along the road to collect my property I inspected the others and found two others tha hub covers came off while driving down the road. After stopping along the road to collect my property I inspected the others and found two others that were not secured. I also noticed that the tech did not adjust my tire pressure after rotating the tires and left 80psi in the front and 60 psi in the rear of my super duty. When I got home I had to manually tighten several lug nuts, secure all the hub covers, adjust all the tire pressures, and reset my tpms myself. This was my first experience with this dealership, I wish I could say I had a positive experience, but customer service and attention to detail seems to be a lost art in most facets of the world today.
