Went in for service appointment that I thought I had . .was told I didn't have appointment but they still took me ...service manager was very nice/ helpful. The customer service I was given while having my vehicle repaired was top notch. The cost of the repair was very expensive, but it was expected although I thought running a $109 diagnostic test for windshie repaired was top notch. The cost of the repair was very expensive, but it was expected although I thought running a $109 diagnostic test for windshield wiper motors that quit working was unnecessary. I was able to determine that without needing the use of a diagnostic test. Anyhow, Lindsey, the service rep was very courteous and friendly. Communicated with me very well. Tom, the gentlemen that took me home and picked me up after the repair was finished was very friendly and cordial. So, outside the unnecessary $109 diagnostic expense, my experience was very pleasant. Your dealership is very organized and did their best to finish the work on my vehicle as quickly as possible. Fully understanding the extended warranty, and that its probably pushed by management, and its largely profitable. (And in a lot of situations probably useful!) We were told the manufactory warranty starts on the day the car is manufactured, not the purchase date. I even asked for clarity citing an example of a new car sitting on a lot for a year, losing a year of the warranty. Jake didn't skip a beat, and said yes, even a new vehicle sitting on the lot for a year has lost a year of the manufactures warranty. ??? Not the end of the world, just didn't feel respected or appreciated being lied to in order to hard sell something for several thousand dollars that we were covered for anyway. More
