David told me about everything they noticed when changing the oil in the car. When they were going to replace the gas filter they discovered a fitting was not right so they had me come out and showed me what the oil in the car. Thought the wait time was excessive and explained that to David. I did have to request them to wash the car after service work was done. Am new to the area. Previous dealership automatically washed the vehicle when done servicing it. More

Took my vehicle in for 2 issues. They told me how much it would cost to diagnose the issues. First issue was fixed during the diagnostic. I made an appointment for 3 recall services and an oil change. I dropped my car off at 8 o’clock in the morning. At 4 pm I had the ONLY phone call from the dealership to let me know that only the oil cha change. I dropped my car off at 8 o’clock in the morning. At 4 pm I had the ONLY phone call from the dealership to let me know that only the oil change was done at that time and only one of my recall services would be completed by 6pm! They had my vehicle the whole day for an oil change and service on my roof racks! To me it looks as if they booked more appointments than their mechanics could handle. I don’t get many days off during the week, so I don’t know when I’ll get to service the other recalls. I won’t go back to AutoNation Ford. More
