I started dealing here since the dealer where I bought my car was doing shaby work on my car. I took it in for interior lights weren't working. I almost can't fully put into words how sincere he was with his desire to communicate with me the process of getting my non-scheduled service completed. Throughout the process he kept me up to date and after the service was complete he took the time to let me know of all the ways to communicate with the dealer any time I needed to schedule service. (i.e. various drop off/pick-up options). I left and literally told my husband that I had just experienced the best true customer service. Thank you! I feel I can trust their service dept. to take good care of my car. I had it in for my recall on my 2015 Edge, and had a water leak somewhere that was hard to find. They replaced the water pump, and Mandy even sent me pictures of the old leaking one in place on the car before they started the repair. She was friendly and thorough, and my car is running like a charm again! More
