Needed my car by 4pm dropped it off at 9am, wasn't done til 5 I was late for a meeting. 10 dollars to put on windshield wipers for labor 🤣 auto zone doesn't even charge to help put them on. Over all service was very good, this was the second time in in less than a week and both times the service to , in my opinion, a very long time. Both times there was an appointment. The first time was for a in in less than a week and both times the service to , in my opinion, a very long time. Both times there was an appointment. The first time was for a tire to be fixed(plugged), this took an Hour and 20 minutes to fix, The second one was for an oil change, rotate tires, replace windshield wipers, this took 2 hours and 15 minutes to complete. Both of these wait times seem to be excessive. I know the technician checked the truck over, but a total of 3 hours and 35 minutes for 2 basic services is too much in my opinion. In todays world, promptness wins every time. More

Dropped my truck off at the night drop 8/31/22 for a 7:30 AM appt 9/1/22. Left a detailed letter about my issue needing repairs. Asked them to contact me if parts needed order due to shortages and did not ge AM appt 9/1/22. Left a detailed letter about my issue needing repairs. Asked them to contact me if parts needed order due to shortages and did not get a call. I called at 3:30 PM to find out they determined it was an audio module that failed. Was told they could have the part by 9/3/22. I told them I needed my truck back for Friday evening as we are in the height of camping season. They said I could come and pick up my truck and they would order the part. Went to pick up my truck, my wife and I stood in front of the service rep and scheduled a follow up appointment for 2 wks and was told they would get the parts and have them ready. Dropped my truck off again the night before on 9/14/22 for another 7:30AM appt on 9/15/22 and at 8:00 AM on 9/15/22 got a call from a service rep saying I wasn’t on the schedule and they don’t have any parts ordered for me. I told them I scheduled in person when I picked up my truck last time. I again went and picked up my truck NOT FIXED and was told they would contact me when my parts were in. At that time I was told my parts had SHIPPED. Here it is 9/26/22 no call, no parts, truck still not fixed. Very frustrating and inconvenient for myself and the people that I have had to get multiple rides to/from the dealership. More
