For a 16 month wait for a vehicle, everybody involved did a pretty good job. I tried not to be a nuisance waiting. Jason and Scott did a great job supplying what information they had when I called, which wasnt often, just when it was close. The only "Knock", or maybe disapointment, was with the finance guy. REALLY wound up running through all the stuff he was trying to sell. Seamed like he wasnt paying too much attention to information supplied to him. I dont think he knew where he was. When he first introduced himself, he made the comment, "So you both bought a Durango?" DURANGO?!?!? REALLY, in a Ford store? Then when I paid cash for my vehicle, with 2 cashiers checks, he wanted me to sign something saying I was responsible if the checks bounced. The heading on the paper he used for both checks had a Dodge dealership name and address on it. I couldnt believe it. I buy a $60K vehicle, and I ger a reciept with a Dodge store on it. All in all, a positive experience. More

I was very happy with the results after they fixed my truck it looked great. The only thing I was disappointed was they called and told me when I should bring the truck in to be fixed and when I checked truck it looked great.
