My wife purchased a new vehicle from salesperson AJ. I would give him a 5/10 during the buying process. We had heavy interaction with James in the finance department and Scott the general manager. We were misinformed with some information and the lack of communication after the deal was done leaves me to not be satisfied with our purchase. I have given the GM and the finance department a chance to correct the issue and nothing has been done This issue we are experiencing is definitely possible but it is totally up to the dealership and they have chosen to make a sale rather than doing the right thing and having good customer service. No one has returned my phone calls. More
