they kept me updated and notified me immediately when they found out the alignment rack wasn't working and they were going to have to get it repaired so they couldn't do my alignment. Since I had sat in they found out the alignment rack wasn't working and they were going to have to get it repaired so they couldn't do my alignment. Since I had sat in the waiting area waiting after the oil change was finished, they covered the cost of the oil change and I'll have to reschedule for my alignment. More
