Finance department pulled 6hard inquiries with good to excellent credit, told them what banks we belong to and they are in your creditors to work with. Came out with a 8.99 percent after what I told them what percent my bank charged. Then said a bank approved us if we purchased warranty and gap insurance. We said no way going to credit union, then all of a sudden we're approved without the warranty and gap insurance. Bought 11 vehicles from AutoNation between us and our children, there won't be 12, I'll find a different Ford dealership, that's not affiliated with AutoNation. Sales representative was very good to us, no problems with him, your finance department needs quit trying to take advantage of customers, especially repeat customers. One question, why did they come to us with 8.99 then came back to 5.88. when we decided to purchase the vehicle instead of going with a new lease, things went real slow getting the deal done, came in on Sunday, we told them we couldn't be there all day because my wife had to work, they said no problem, you'll be in and out, well we purchased the vehicle on Thursday, in and out lol. After we said we're buying the vehicle instead of trade, things went real slow. Great way to treat your repeat customers. More
