AUTONATION FORD AND CAMERON DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF TAKING CARE OF ME, THOUGH I DID NOT LIKE THE INITIAL WAIT JUST TO HAVE THE CAR SEEN AND THE PARTS WERE LOST ORIGINALLY UNTIL THE PARTS MGR DID A DEEP TAKING CARE OF ME, THOUGH I DID NOT LIKE THE INITIAL WAIT JUST TO HAVE THE CAR SEEN AND THE PARTS WERE LOST ORIGINALLY UNTIL THE PARTS MGR DID A DEEP PHONE DIVE TO LOCATE THEM, BUT CAMERON WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL TO ME. It is unfortunate that I feel compelled to consume my time writing a review of AutoNation Ford after being lied too by both the "Service Manager" Jerry Cassity and "Dealership Manager" Maher Bellallah. As a result of a poor experience by the service department by not performing all of the work I had requested, and my subsequent negative online review, The Service Manager informed me they would refund a $400 overcharge for work that was actually covered under a FORD Customer Care extended warranty program, and at NO CHARGE TO ME fix an issue they failed to fix during the initial service. based on Jerry Cassity's assurance I returned my vehicle to their shop. Upon picking up my vehicle two weeks later, Jerry Cassity informed me they were not going to give me the $400 refund, applying it insted to fixing the issue they failed to fix during the initial visit. Needless to say, I will never use AutoNation Ford again and will follow up with the parent company Auto Nation based in Fort Lauderdale Florida. Although, looking at their web site, there are nothing but negative reviews of many of their nationwide dealeships. More
My experience with the service department at AutoNation Ford was excellent. My service advisor, Ryan, is awesome!
