Went in to get rear end penion bearing replaced. I was quoted "in the ballpark" at one price then went to pick the vehicle up and was given a price $600 greater. Don't know what their idea of "in the ballpark" is but mine is definitely not give or take $600. They also did not keep me updated on the status of the job. I had to call back numerous times leaving voicemails that weren't tended to until many hours later. Absolute horrible experience. What happened to customer service being a top priority.. More

Great people to deal with. Tore off my side view mirror. Ordered a replacement fast and got it put on quickly and perfectly. Have bought 3 vehicles at Treadwell. I won't shop anywhere else. One error after another resulted in me having to foot a total of $1,000 of bills (hotels, rental cars etc). When I finally get the car back it was so dirty I couldn't even see out of the windows and had to total of $1,000 of bills (hotels, rental cars etc).
