I sent my Ford F150 in because the radio, sync, clock was not working. Wind shield wipers also needed replacing. I also needed and oil change. I ended up paying over 2700.00 dollars for issues that was pick not working. Wind shield wipers also needed replacing. I also needed and oil change. I ended up paying over 2700.00 dollars for issues that was pick up during testing and my radio, clock, sync oil change or windshield wipers were not fixed. I was extremely disappointed. Nothing I had taken it in for had been fixed. They also had my truck 3 weeks or more. More
Let me clarify. My appointment was with Chris at Autonation Ford in Mobile, AL. He was polite and extremely accommodating. I was there for a warranty covered oil change, check-up and tire rotation. I also asked for and paid for a new rear window washer blade. I did not notice until I was home, that the replacement blade was way too long and sticking out 2 inches from the wiper arm. I purchased a new F150 in another state because it was not available locally. Unfortunately I discovered some problem with the paint that the seller had not seen. A recall was issued for my vehicle and AutoNation took care of it. The appointment process was simple and the work done promptly.
