On extended vacation and my F150 needed service. Called Auto Nation Ford Mobile and got a service appointment for the next morning at 9am. Service lane greater told me it would be 1 to 1 1/2 hours before t Auto Nation Ford Mobile and got a service appointment for the next morning at 9am. Service lane greater told me it would be 1 to 1 1/2 hours before they could get me in. Went inside and saw Laura Sheffield the service advisor I was assigned to. Explained to Laura that our group was waiting for me to leave that morning. Laura did a excellent job and had me on the road in less than an hour. Myself and our group thank Laura for her outstanding service. More
My 2017 F250 has 6 cameras and all are good except tailgate camera. Had it replaced under warranty. It is still foggy and hard to back. I was denied a warranty repair.
