Great customer service! I accidentally dropped my car off a week before my actual appointment, and they were still able to work it in and get everything taken care of in a timely manner. They call me and say hey we tried to pair I wish I checked here first. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I took my Explorer in for a new key and recalls. They call me and say hey we tried to pair your new key and we erased your current key it so you will need to buy a new OEM key for $175 so we can fix our mistake. I am like WHAT you erased my key then tell me I need to buy a new one before I even approved it? So they sell me a key and give me "FREE" programming. Then tell me my car is ready but now the tech noticed some concern to do with front,rear, steering, and brake lines?? but it would be additional $99 diagnostics to check everything even though they just screwed the alignment. So drove home and the alignment or something is totally off it is floating all over the road now (see update) which they did the alignment. How can you be an Authorized Ford service shop and have this bad of service. Needless to say I am getting my Explorer and taking it directly to a repair shop for investigation to have them review the mess. I will say Laura S. has communicated with me and that I appreciate that except not calling me before erasing my key then charging me for their mistake but I feel either the techs or AutoNation has trained their techs to milk their customers for more than what is needed very very shady feeling dealing with them. UPDATE 10/07/2021: I tried to drive the vehicle to repair shop and the toe-link recall they install broken and I almost had an accident and had to be towed to my repair shop I now have my insurance company involved I WILL NEVER EVER SET FOOT IN THE PLACE. I called AutoNation they said "we told you need new shocks" this has zero to do with shocks I have installed both shocks and struts this has NOTHING to do with incompetence and not installing the toe link correctly that could have killed me or another driver on the road. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED STAY AWAY. More

I always get excellent service when I bring my car in. do not enter The most thing that I most upset with, is that the company that you use to set up the appointments, they do not include all of the issues y not enter The most thing that I most upset with, is that the company that you use to set up the appointments, they do not include all of the issues you are having with your car on the work order. I had an appointment last Friday 10-01-21. When I called in to make my appointment, I specifically stated e things that I needed to be done. (1) Service for my car. (2) My hatch back will not lock. I can lock my car and the doors lock, but the hatchback does not lock. This is a big concern for me. (3) The floor carpet on the drivers side is coming out from the side plastic floor panel. The only thing the work orders had was for service. I did not find that out until right before my car was ready. I was told there would have been no way they could have looked at that on Friday. I was told that I would probably have to leave my car with you for at least 3 days. Sorry that is not acceptable. I have a full and part time job, as to where I need my car. I purchased my car in May 2020 brand new. The thing that concerns me the most is that when I lock my car, my hatch back does not lock, and for my safety. This makes me feel very nervous when I go anywhere. I absolutely love my Ford Escape and would recommend going to AutoNation Ford to purchase a car!! More
