We booked our appointment a month in advance and were waiting at their door for them to open at 7am. I left the truck with them for a braking system problem. Around 3pm, I called to see if they were going to have it ready for me to pick up before they closed for the day. They informed me they were not able to get to it yet and expected to see it the next day. I called again the following day and was told it would be at least another week before they could get to even evaluate it. I asked why I had needed to schedule an appointment a month out only for them to leave it on their lot for at least a week and a half. They told me it was just to get in line. I needed the truck and asked them if I could keep it in line and have them call me the day before they were ready to look at it. The answer was no. If I wanted them to look at it, I would need to leave it there. More

I was told I had an appointment set for my oil change and tire rotation as well as for someone to look at warning lights I was then told that was just when I was to drop off that they were days behind and tire rotation as well as for someone to look at warning lights I was then told that was just when I was to drop off that they were days behind and it was going to be over a week before they could possibly look at it. If that’s the case then they need to ensure people have vehicle to use. We are a 1 car family and need transportation When I called back I was told that they could put my car on the list but they had no idea when they would look at it as they were working on cars from the 6th ( which is when I dropped off my car). I called on the 13th. This is unacceptable. If you have an appointment then that is when the car should be looked at. Maybe even 1 day after but not 6 More
