My Service Advisor is incredible. I’m from Los Angeles and the competition is fierce. Customer loyalty is a big thing or you go out of business. I know the manager and he shows the right attitude towards the customers. I come in with Problems or Concerns and the Service Department solves them. They listen to me. They make sales by listening and and inspecting the complaints. It was Seasonal work for me. I went in for a battery replacement. Didn’t need one. I had concerns about my tires, 3 had a decent tread but rain is coming after the lack of with all the heat. The other was an odd ball tire. I wanted my tires gone with four matching originals. I got it. They ordered them right away got them the next day. Alignment. New wipers which I needed. And the Works which includes oil change and filters, check wires, hoses and general check plus topping off all fluids. They also rotate all tires. I’ve never had a back in situation where something wasn’t fixed the first time. My trim is a Titanium which is loaded. Even if you don’t have a Ford I would recommend this Dealer. And their prices are very reasonable. They say what they’’ll do and do what they say. More

Took in a brand new truck that had a short in the window up/down button. Was told diagnostics would take 7 days. After two weeks I reached out and they said the part had to be ordered. 6 weeks later and sti up/down button. Was told diagnostics would take 7 days. They found the problem with my Bronco and repaired it with a next day appointment. Took a couple of days to find problem but that was ok with me.
