To say the least I had a nightmare truck. Between the aftermarket warranty company and the countless failed parts sent to repair my truck it was a exhausting process. A process Service Advisor Cameron Groves fielded like a champ!!! That gentleman dealt with the warranty company and the parts supplier constantly over a period of 7 months and did so on a timely and professional manner. He also kept me updated on the latest progress……or more so setback. Also, I want to give a shout-out to the tech who put 4 back to back failed rear ends in my truck due to the parts supplier lack of quality……speaking from a technician standpoint myself…..I am so sorry…..but thanks bro!
