I made an appointment with their service dept it was two weeks out and they call me at 5:30 the day before to cancel saying they don't have enough techs to perform the work. Ok so they rescheduled me for th weeks out and they call me at 5:30 the day before to cancel saying they don't have enough techs to perform the work. Ok so they rescheduled me for the next week and I drop my vehicle off and the service adviser tells me it will be 5-7 days before they can diagnose the problems and then order parts etc. I have bought lots of vehicles from this dealership but that's it for me... I found that the service was not finished or even started as promised. When I questioned the gap of time, I was met with “I got you in here before the other dealers.” Hence he was doing a favor for me and I as promised. I didn’t really get a good vibe about the experience… So, if I don’t have to… I will not be back there, at all. Maybe, it’s just me… but, it’s my opinion that matters since I payed 2100 (and some change) for a friggin 150.00 (really not worth more than that) part. 1400.00 in labor (that is just RICH). There was no work done to the vehicle for perhaps 5 days when 2 days was the projected timeframe. I do not really have concern for others vehicles when it’s my vehicle that I’m not driving. More

Some of the best service I've ever received. Cameron followed up and managed fantastically. He even took the time to research my other vehicle and found it has a recall and though it wasn't quit Cameron followed up and managed fantastically. He even took the time to research my other vehicle and found it has a recall and though it wasn't quite ready for servicing he worked with my scheduled to plan a date in the future for getting the recall and service done at the same time so that I wouldn't have to make extra trips. I was so impressed; I schedule to have it do sooner even though I could have waited a few extra weeks. Excellent service More
