I want to alert everyone of the terrible service I did not receive at Auto nation ford mobile al. I had an appointment to get 2 new tires installed on my Ford truck. The Appointment was made on Tuesday to be performed on Friday 3/15/24.I arrived at 730 as suggested by my service writer Mackenzie Bradley I was told it would only take about an hour to complete.At 1030am I was informed that they did not have the tires and would not be getting them today. I am expecting too much to think the tires I ordered 4 days ago would be at the dealer before the appointment time.The service manager accused mre of not having an appointment Evan with me showing the email confirmation. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. He should be terminated immediately. I tried contacting the general manager but he never returned my call. Mullinex Ford is another local dealer that should be your first choice for service. Autnation Ford Mobile Service is the most incompetent rude people I have dealt with in the service industry.
