Since moving to Mobile about seven months ago, I've been in the market for a good Ford services department to continue my periodical services and warranty covered items if the need arises. Autonation came highly recommended from a friend and I couldn't be happier. The number one thing I need out of any business is bottom line up front honesty and I feel that Jerry, Chris, and Gabbi did that with my situation. From "we have XX amount of cars and XX amount of work orders at this time so here's the timeframe we're looking at to get your vehicle in" to "it could take a few days to maybe a couple weeks to get your situation taken care of". They didn't beat around the bush. Jerry informed me to call back a few days later and when I did, they were able to get my vehicle in the next morning. Still anticipating a long ordeal with getting the job completed, they also assisted me with making sure my warranty covered rental wasn't a painful process. Not because of me personally, but because they have a good relationship with the local rental car company which I feel expedited that process. Fast forward a few days and me still anticipating at least another week without my vehicle, I got a text amd a call from Chris letting me know my vehicle was complete and ready for pickup. Mind you, I dropped my vehicle off on a Wednesday right before noon and got the call early Monday afternoon. Besides the oil change, the job wasn't super simple. Between the diagnostics, the services, AND the repair job in less than three business days, I've been highly impressed. I've had the vehicle back and put on approximately 100 miles since picking it up with no issues so far. My hat's off to the mechanics and the management at Autonation for making my first experience with them pleasurable and smooth. 10/10, would recommend again. More

Get in line and follow up. Have an appointment for service? Make sure they’re ready to look at vehicle. Need to keep for a few days? Best rent your own vehicle- no loaners?!? Then several calls for escalation. In the end our return service call was excellent. Brought car in ahead of appointment and returned next business day. They redeemed themselves with follow up service appointment. Likely will purchase vehicle and be married to this dealership for future service but first time visitors beware. May require extra follow up on your behalf to be sure you get device your entitled too. More
