My 2006 Ford F-150 was running bad and had an oil and antifreeze leak. It also had some other issues, but it has held up good for a 2006 model. I spoke with the service representative Chris and he was very thorough and helpful. He called me later once he put the quote together and suggested a few options that would benefit me, which were good. The repairs were made in a few days and for what they did this was a quick turnaround. Chris and Autonation treated me well and did everything they promised. My truck is running great. I would recommend them to anyone! More

I made a appt. to get my oil changed and to check why the abs light and break light came on in my 2010 fusion . They told me when I got there I didn't that I didn' to get my oil changed and to check why the abs light and break light came on in my 2010 fusion . They told me when I got there I didn't that I didn't have a appt. I told them yes because I made it a week earlier the gut told me I didn't. Then I was told that the tech had to hook my car up to a box to see what was wrong. That cost me $125.00 when he got finished, I had to pay $197.00. I had called earlier to ask about my car---NO ANSWER.called again still no answer finally go him to answer the phone. was told if I could be there in30 minutes I could get it. Shew I made it. Now I have five more lights on and can't get any answers. They claim ford doesn't have part don't know when it is available.. NO MORE FORD CARS FOR ME!!!! More
