Went in to get rear end penion bearing replaced. I was quoted "in the ballpark" at one price then went to pick the vehicle up and was given a price $600 greater. Don't know what their idea of "in the ballpark" is but mine is definitely not give or take $600. They also did not keep me updated on the status of the job. I had to call back numerous times leaving voicemails that weren't tended to until many hours later. Absolute horrible experience. What happened to customer service being a top priority.. More

Purchased my first new car in years. Did my research based on friend's cars, internet searches, etc. Decided to get rid of my MINI for a 2013 Focus 5 door Titanium model. First let me say Ford should pu based on friend's cars, internet searches, etc. Decided to get rid of my MINI for a 2013 Focus 5 door Titanium model. First let me say Ford should pull all the vehicles with Microsoft Ford Touch. It doesn't work and is a liability in regards to safety. It reboots all the time, makes you stare away from the road, and "forgets" my iPod and a host of other settings just randomly. I've had to reboot and re-program my entire car several times, as if I just bought it - just to get what I paid for to work. To add insult to injury, the transmission (which has KNOWN issues) is terrible. It's like driving with a student driver learning how to use a manual transmission and it's SUPPOSED to be an automatic. Don't let these guys tell you anything about the technology - they don't understand what is in their own product. Then to my surprise the check engine light comes on and the car barely starts, and shudders like the welds are coming off. Not to mention alignment issues since day one. I should have never left the BMW brand, let alone purchase from this dealership. Sure the price was right and it was a speedy transaction, but that's where they leave you. Currently my Focus is back in the shop with no date to be released while I drive a crappy loaner car. At least they are working on it, and assure me that I'll be satisfied. The only thing that will satisfy me is a new car - and NOT the model I have - something better, or all of my money back so I can go purchase a non-American made car. More

I visited Treadwell Ford on 12/22/2012 to purchase a F-150 truck. I was introduced to Mr. Adams, whom I had spoken with the previous evening. Mr. Adams Made me feel "at home" immediately. He showed me F-150 truck. I was introduced to Mr. Adams, whom I had spoken with the previous evening. Mr. Adams Made me feel "at home" immediately. He showed me a truck and then we went for a test drive. I was very impressed with the truck and Mr. Adams knowledge about the truck and the installed equipment. When we discussed the price, I immediately decided to purchase that truck. My experience with Mr. Ornelas was very straight forward and easily understood. I had to return home to get my checkbook. I returned and finished the financial dealings with Mr. Ornelas; a very pleasant experience experience. My truck was ready. Mr. Adams gave me instructions concerning the instruments. He synced my cell phone with the "Sync" phone system in the truck and instructed me on it's use. Overall, my experience with Treadwell Ford, Mr. Adams and Mr. Ornelas was excellent and appreciated. I communicated with 7 Ford dealerships in South Florida between West Palm Beach and Ft. Lauderdale, and not one of them was interested in assisting me with the purchase of a new Mustang meeting my criteria between West Palm Beach and Ft. Lauderdale, and not one of them was interested in assisting me with the purchase of a new Mustang meeting my criteria. I desired a specific configuration - Black on Black, 6 speed manual transmission, Track Pkg. and Recaro seats. I was told by one salesperson that Recaro seats were not available in the 2013 GT (even though my 2013 test drive vehicle included the Recaro option). Another dealer informed me that Ford / Flat Rock no longer allows the submission of customer generated special orders. These dealerships were only interested in clearing existing inventory and nothing more. In desperation I began searching inventory in Alabama - and then I found Treadwell Ford! They possessed, in stock, the exact Mustang configuration I was looking for. I emailed the dealership about the vehicle and was almost immediately contacted by Mr. Steven Adams. After a few emails and telephone conversations I was the owner of my "dream car". Steven Adams worked unfailingly on my behalf. He arranged for me to acquire the vehicle as an out of State purchaser, taking care of the paperwork in an extremely competent and expeditious manner. Steven also arranged for the transportation of my vehicle from Mobile AL. directly to my front door at a wonderful and fair price. The bonus of this transaction was the vehicle transportation, optional packages, taxes. etc. came in well under MSRP! Steven, and the staff of Treadwell Ford made sure the my State taxes were paid in the transfer from Alabama to Florida, preventing double taxation and the necessity of a rebate. This made my trip to the DMV for license tags and title registration very easy. Indeed, the entire process of purchasing my new Mustang was enjoyable! Due to the fact that Steven took such meticulous care of my requests, I can unreservedly recommend Steven Adams and Treadwell Ford to anyone seeking to purchase a new Ford product! More
