I bought my 2015 Ford Escape from there about 3 1/2 I bought my 2015 Ford Escape from there about 3 1/2 years ago, with a 5 yr extended warranty On Sunday the 18th, it started acting up. So I thought I bought my 2015 Ford Escape from there about 3 1/2 years ago, with a 5 yr extended warranty On Sunday the 18th, it started acting up. So I thought I should get it in because it was under warranty. Made an appt with Steve the service rep for Tues the 20th, but dropped it off on Mon the 19th. They got it in Wed the 21st, initially thought the turbo was bad, but aftet further review Thurs the 22nd. Turns out it was just the Wastegate Control Valve Solenoid on the Turbocharger that was bad. And was also informed that my vehicle was 213 mile out of warranty...... 213 miles, and repairs would be about $600. When I replied with by saying "Go ahead and fix it. But seriously....expired by 213 miles...LOL....go figure Nothing you can knock off on the price at all? The reply I got from Steve was "I KNOW BUMMER . AT LEAST IT IS NOT OUT BY SAY 1 MILE. LOL LOL . Really? Who says that to a customer? So unprofessional. Well, after leaving a negative review on their Facebook page. Mon morning Oct 26th I get a call from a Dan Fitzgerald in regards to my negative experience and review. Said that where they failed was not even offering a discount on the service, and that he wanted to "make it right". I told Dan I would never be back there again, also told him in talking to a friend that owns 2 dealerships that said, "wow, if it is within 1000 miles of a warranty, you just take care of it". Dan stated agian that he wanted to "make it right " and said he wanted to talk to his manager to see what he could do, and he would call me back. That was Monday morning, it is now Wed morning and I have heard nothing. This is some of the worst customer service I have experienced in quite some time. Although I will never set foot into that place agian, nor will I recommend anyone else to. More

Autonation in Mobile, AlL Worst experience Worst experience of my life. The management is a joke. Service department even worse than the management. I can only speak for one of the salespeople and honestly she was awesome until i handed her check. Can’t get her in the phone and she won’t respond to any of my texts. I am beyond amazed how this place is still in business. I am a single mother that really couldn’t afford to even buy a car but had no choice because my other one died. Autonation took advantage and didn’t fill any of their promises. If they tell you they did a 25 point inspection trust me they didn’t. They did 3 on my vehicle and failed to notice the break light out and fluids low. They never do it. I had a guy that works in the service department admit to me they are too busy so they try to get by with what they can. I have purchased cars from Chris Myers, Pat Peck, walleys and I have never experienced anything like this. I have had my vehicle for 3 weeks and one of those weeks it was in their service dept. and every Saturday I am back up there having to get what was promised to me actually completed. This past Saturday I had arranged a meeting with the general manger and I kid you not when telling him about our experience he said to us I know...you have said it 72 times. How does someone like that have a position like he does. No people skills whatsoever. I can promise you this. The customer is not right at Autonation. I have promises in writing and they still don’t want to be held accountable. I am lost at this point. Save yourself the aggravation and find another car dealership. You will thank me later. More

My complete out the door cost. I texted him my address immediately, never heard back from him. I called and left a message saying I needed that OTD price before coming over the next morning. No reply. Got a call from the salesman 3 days later and told him I needed the OTD price if they wanted me to come buy the car. He promised he would get it to me as soon as he got off the phone. Never did. This tells me they jack up the price of a car with crazy fees. I will buy a car from someone honest and upfront. More
