I can only speak for one of the salespeople and honestly she was awesome until i handed her check. Can’t get her in the phone and she won’t respond to any of my texts. I am beyond amazed how this place is still in business. I am a single mother that really couldn’t afford to even buy a car but had no choice because my other one died. Autonation took advantage and didn’t fill any of their promises. If they tell you they did a 25 point inspection trust me they didn’t. They did 3 on my vehicle and failed to notice the break light out and fluids low. They never do it. I had a guy that works in the service department admit to me they are too busy so they try to get by with what they can. I have purchased cars from Chris Myers, Pat Peck, walleys and I have never experienced anything like this. I have had my vehicle for 3 weeks and one of those weeks it was in their service dept. and every Saturday I am back up there having to get what was promised to me actually completed. This past Saturday I had arranged a meeting with the general manger and I kid you not when telling him about our experience he said to us I know...you have said it 72 times. How does someone like that have a position like he does. No people skills whatsoever. I can promise you this. The customer is not right at Autonation. I have promises in writing and they still don’t want to be held accountable. I am lost at this point. Save yourself the aggravation and find another car dealership. You will thank me later. More
They don't want your business, just your money They had a car i wanted to buy. I could live with the price they were asking. It is a four hour round trip, so I asked the salesman what kind of fees They had a car i wanted to buy. I could live with the price they were asking. It is a four hour round trip, so I asked the salesman what kind of fees they added on. He replied back that if I would text him my address, he would send over the buyers order with everything listed. My complete out the door cost. I texted him my address immediately, never heard back from him. I called and left a message saying I needed that OTD price before coming over the next morning. No reply. Got a call from the salesman 3 days later and told him I needed the OTD price if they wanted me to come buy the car. He promised he would get it to me as soon as he got off the phone. Never did. This tells me they jack up the price of a car with crazy fees. I will buy a car from someone honest and upfront. More

Great dealership with friendly and helpful people I recently purchased a Ford Edge from Melanie Komosa. She was the sweetest, and helped with every question we had! She is new but was super friendly. Incompetant & Dishonest, Stay Away! Scheduled my auto for a recall repair, questioned service advisor as to whether or not required parts were is stock for repair. Advisor said "parts were in stock bring auto in, have you finished same day". Two days later finally get my car back, no parts is stock. After the demonstration of complete incompetence, the service department tried to rip me off with "immediate need" brake replacement and of course the new air filter. My air filter had been replaced 1 month prior, and brakes nowhere near needing service(verified by my trusted and very competent mechanic.) Stay away from this dealership, not worth your time or money! More
Refused to fix bad paint job I bought a 2016 Ford Fiesta in December of 2016. The paint on the back rear passenger side bubbled and pealed. I currently have 7827 miles on the car. After spending hours of time at the service department and tons of pictures later, they have refused to fix the paint problem claiming that Ford Warranty won't cover the issue. I have contacted the General Manager and Ford Warranty and basically they have told me there is nothing that can be done about it. I am very disappointed in Ford and AutoNation Ford Mobile for not standing behind their products. I recommend that if you are in the market for a new car, definitely choose another brand besides Ford as they do not honor the warranty on their products. More

He is one of the most rudest, condescending, degrading person that I have ever encountered that is suppose to be trying to help customers. I'm just glad I had the opportunity to experience their customer care before I brought my truck in for work. I had spoken with a different guy on the phone yesterday. He couldn't have been more helpful and friendly to communicate with. His demeanor is why I chose to bring my truck in for service. He made me feel that I was going to be taken care of. More
