Let me clarify. My appointment was with Chris at Autonation Ford in Mobile, AL. He was polite and extremely accommodating. I was there for a warranty covered oil change, check-up and tire rotation. I also asked for and paid for a new rear window washer blade. I did not notice until I was home, that the replacement blade was way too long and sticking out 2 inches from the wiper arm. If they didn’t have the correct one. . . just tell me! More

I purchased a new F150 in another state because it was not available locally. Unfortunately I discovered some problem with the paint that the seller had not seen. AutoNation Ford was kind enough to have not available locally. Unfortunately I discovered some problem with the paint that the seller had not seen. AutoNation Ford was kind enough to have it buffed out and coordinate the cost with the selling dealer. The AutoNation Mobile GM called me and set up an appointment. Two hours later, all done! A recall was issued for my vehicle and AutoNation took care of it. The appointment process was simple and the work done promptly. My experience at Auto Nation was very professional. I especially like the safety precautions that were in place. Everyone wore masks distancing as a plus and wait time was brief.
