The salesman, the manager nor the corporate office had any integrity in my opinion. They advertise they have a 5 days no questions asked return policy, it’s a manipulating lie. When I tried to reach out to the salesman and the manager about issues I was having with a vehicle I purchased, the salesman referred me to an outside mechanic, but the mechanic said the salesman only told him to check one thing. When I tried to reach back out to the salesman, Ronald Childs, by text and email, I was ignored. His manager Thomas Bethea reached out to me by email, but provided no solutions. When I told him that the salesman retained possession of the vehicle for 4 out of 5 days and what safety issues the vehicle was having, he told me there was nothing they could do. I reached out to the corporate office by phone and email. No one bothered to email me back or return my call. I learned my lesson. I’ll stick with Mullinax Ford. They are a much more honorable company and the general manager will make every effort to make you satisfied with your purchase. The difference is Mullinax actually cares, AutoNation doesn’t. My salesman at Mullinax will take action to correct any problems I have within reason, especially if something may be hindering the vehicle from operating properly. This has taught me that change is not always good. I’m sticking to what I know from now on. More
Came to this dealership on October 16th 2021 in the market to purchase the new 2021 Ford Raptor which they had. Jimmy ( claimed to be sales manager) came out he was extremely rude. I was gonna trade in market to purchase the new 2021 Ford Raptor which they had. Jimmy ( claimed to be sales manager) came out he was extremely rude. I was gonna trade in a 2021 gmc 2500 diesel with 14,000 miles on it and Jimmy didn't even look at my vehicle just rudely said he wasn't gonna take my truck in on trade, that he couldn't resale it and that he didn't want it on his lot. If that's the way they do business I'll never be back and believe me I will let all my family and friends know not to go there. Oh yes let me mention I drive 2 hours to get to this dealership, never again will I go back there as long as JIMMY is there. He is extremely rude especially to women. So women beware. More
