We visited this dealership to look at the New Ford full size Bronco's for me to purchase, and ended up buying a 2021 F-150 instead. Ron Childs was our sales guy, he was very nice and he helped us decide on which truck we really liked, the color is what sold me and the features. The Sales manager Jim was also friendly, wanted to earn our business and made us feel special while were there thinking it over. The Finance guy Ralph was outstanding and went above and beyond to help us appreciate it more. Absolutely love a friendly dealership and will be back again to buy another vehicle in the future for it. More
I had a warranty issue with my new vehicle with less than 7000 miles. I first talked to the assistant service manager ( Lester) about a warranty claim. After no response in over a week, I went back to the dealership and learned that he retired. I then started the process with a new person. After two months she advised the claim was denied. I went up to the dealership to see why it was denied only to learn she had also left the dealership. I then started dealing with the service manager (Jerry) who said he would look into it. The service manager never returned a call. I finally got the opportunity to talk to Chris the assistant manager who had my claim handled that day. Chris advised when the part was in he would contact me. about a week later Chris sent me a message to set up an appointment to drop my vehicle off. If more of the employees were like Chris I would have given the dealership a great rating. More
The people are friendly and they handled my visit well. Scheduled a 4 pm appointment for an oil change (The Works) with tire rotation. I was driving away before 5 pm. Well pleased with their service!
