2nd time I have had my truck serviced there. All good except same as the first time. Left my truck dirty. Even though paper was put down, the plastic strip on the floor at the entry of my truck was fil except same as the first time. Left my truck dirty. Even though paper was put down, the plastic strip on the floor at the entry of my truck was filthy. Greasy foot prints. Brand New Truck!! I sent a msg first time this happened, with pics, but got no response. I'm sure I won't get one this time either. A shame too, because everyone is so nice. This needs to be brought to the attention of the mechanics. I'm sure I'm not the only one this has happened to. Will Not return. I'll find another service dept. More

We received a car that had been wrecked/ cheaply repaired-not in the car fax!, and yet they still tried to tell us “ there is nothing wrong with the car! Lies!! They knew had had been damaged and po repaired-not in the car fax!, and yet they still tried to tell us “ there is nothing wrong with the car! Lies!! I had my car serviced at AutoNation ford mobile in early November. After picking up the car it started jerking when I drove away from the dealership. After one week the car wouldn't start. I had my car t November. After picking up the car it started jerking when I drove away from the dealership. After one week the car wouldn't start. I had my car towed to the service department again to have it checked out again. It took a month before they looked at the car and told me my battery had a bad cell and the clutch assembly needed to be replaced. I also got a new motor mount installed. I had my daughter drive the car to her house that evening. My daughter used the car to go to the grocery store the next day and the car wouldn't start when she tried to crank it up. I have paid over $5,000 for car repairs and my car still doesn't work. I wonder how much it cost this time? More than likely another 2-3 thousand dollars and my car might make it to my driveway this time. More
