Worst car purchasing experience in my life. Took three weeks to get the paperwork accomplished on the purchase. Initially looked at the vehicle on a Saturday, the rear hatch would not open and the check e weeks to get the paperwork accomplished on the purchase. Initially looked at the vehicle on a Saturday, the rear hatch would not open and the check engine light was on. Did the paperwork and negotiated the price on the trade-in. They were unable to fix the engine light and rear hatch, so we left with all of the paperwork to give to our bank and promises they would call once they get the items fixed. Received a call saying they fixed the check engine light and the part for the hatch was on back order. After numerous calls between the bank and their finance department on some documents that needed to be signed, the bank cut a check--I had to pay the $38.00 for FedEx overnight the check to the dealership before they would release the car. The salesman did deliver the vehicle to Pensacola with multiple pieces of paper stating they owe on the vehicle- the part for the latch and they would pay for it to be installed, etc. The daughter drove the car for three days and the check engine light came back on. Contacted the salesman to find out what part they replaced so we can have that part replaced under warranty and pay the labor cost. Come to find out all their mechanic (shop) did was reset all the codes on the computer and did not replace any component on the engine to fix the fault. Tried leaving several messages for the General Manager to contact me about the vehicle and have not heard back from either the sales person, sales manager and general manager. But I have pieces of paper Stating We Owe with all of their names on it --that evidently means nothing to them- have not heard back about the latch, never got the contact information for the extended warranty for the body and interior. Just an overall bad experience with the dealership and would not recommend them to anyone. So to recap: Have paperwork that states We Owe and they do not return phone calls or emails. Evidently what they say they are going to do and put it in writing is false. Still not received the part for the rear hatch. And their shop, only knows how to clear/ reset the codes on the check engine light. More
I was having issues with my 2014 focus. When I took it in to get checked out they found several recalls that needed to be fixed on top of fixing the issue. Never had a bad experience with service on my 3 vehicles purchased from you until my last service. After a short while,I noticed a small oil spot on driveway. When I checked oil it was about 2 inches above purchased from you until my last service. After a short while,I noticed a small oil spot on driveway. When I checked oil it was about 2 inches above the full mark on dipstick. When I returned to the service dept. they were unconcerned and gave no explanation after they changed the oil ( oil looked dirty when overfilled). Shortly after the oil change correction, when leaving the neighborhood I noticed the low oil warning and pulled over to find oil pouring of truck along with trail behind me. Called and talked to the Service Manager , explained the situation and he said he would send a wrecker. After waiting for almost 4 hours I called back for Service Manager. Service rep. said he was unavailable. Asked if he could call me back which he never has. When I looked under the truck I could see that the drain plug was missing. Not knowing when or if a wrecker would arrive, my wife drove me to a close Ford dealership and I bought a new drain plug and 6 qts of oil and fixed the problem. When I lowered the shield install the new plug, the old plug was on top of the shield. Wrecker driver called 6 hrs after Service Manager called and I was home with problems fixed. That was on Dec. 09 and I still haven’t heard from Autonation. I have a lot more details if anyone would like to talk. More

Auto Nation Ford Mobile has very good customer service. They have been waiting on a part for me since October 2021. I updated weekly on the status although the status is still waiting on a part for a 2021 They have been waiting on a part for me since October 2021. I updated weekly on the status although the status is still waiting on a part for a 2021 Ford Explorer. My Customer representative Chris Adams has kept me updated weekly and let me know they escalated the search for the part needed for my vehicle. I would absolutely recommend Auto Nation Ford Mobile for persons in the market for buying new or needing service on their current vehicle. Ask for Chris he will take care of you!! More
