I had several questions and Ryan was the BEST ever to help me with my questions, I ask him to help me like he would his Mother and he did, I was very pleased. I also have a small 1yr old Griffinshire dog and can split up my service into two visit's if I need to bring car back, Ryan was so good about helping get most of what I needed done soI could go home home and let Tucker out. Also had strange Issue with inside Dome Light (Second Seat) not going off...it will go off after 10 minutes, but just started when I left Vet's office Thursday. Odd, I checked the Owner's Manuel, can't turn it off. And had to get new battery three weeks ago. They told me I needed a new Terminal, told Ryan, and they lost one of my bolts that hold it in. He also would check that. I will bring car back for that. SO I did have issues. Ryan was so helpful. Got my call car was ready before Lunch, went home to Check on Tucker. My regular Maintenance was complete. I feel good about my Car and can make another Apt. to bring it back for a few other things later. Was a great experience, hope Ryan is with us for a while as my Contact person. Thanks Carolyn More
