I'm in between a rating of fair and poor. I purchased a used car on Dec. 23, 2021 and had to take it back to the dealership on Jan. 3, 2022 for repairs to be done (since they only offered a 40 day warranty used car on Dec. 23, 2021 and had to take it back to the dealership on Jan. 3, 2022 for repairs to be done (since they only offered a 40 day warranty). They kept the vehicle until after work hours on Jan. 6, 2022 and as I was driving home, the check engine light and drivetrain malfunction warning came on! I texted my salesman pictures of the dash, and he told me to bring it back the next day (Jan. 7, 2022). As of today, it has been 2 full weeks that they have been repairing my vehicle! Out of the 3 1/2 - 4 weeks from the date I signed, the vehicle has been at Ford or in the repair shop for 3! My car note is due in less than 2 weeks, and I am upset that I haven't even HAD the car but a few days!!!! More
I got and received a 125 inspection on a used car I was going to buy from another dealer. Chris Adams provided the report for me which showed about $2,200 costs I would incur by purchasing car. Service department has got much better. Communication has improved as well, love the texting. Only negative is took 3 weeks but with Covid and lack of ppl wanting to work I understand. improved as well, love the texting.
